There is a cancellation fee of 250PHP or 20% of total orders (whichever is higher) for those who want to cancel their order or will be marked as bogus buyer. In some case, DP is non-refundable.

Please order only if you are patient and understanding enough. Patience is a must.

I will not entertain impatient and rude buyers. We reserve the right to CANCEL THE TRANSACTION with anyone if we deem the person/s to be rude and/or unwilling to follow the guidelines we have set for our group orders.

All items must be paid on or before deadline of payment.

If you exceed the deadline of payment either downpayment or balance there will be a fee of 100PHP per day.

Most of the items require down payment. No down payment = no reservation.

If your balance wasn't paid after 10 days of deadline of payment reservation will be forfeited and payment is non-refundable.

For on hand items, I only allow 3 days reservation.

Exchange of items are not allowed.

Combine shipment is possible.

Items consolidation/warehousing (if there are no other items in transit) is only 1 month if not claimed it will be cancelled and no refunds will be given.

Any damages not seen on the pictures posted we will not be held liable. Will inform the buyer if there are damages. Be assured we will pack it securely under packing protocols to avoid damages.

You can expect the PASABUY items in good condition but do not expect them to be in mint or perfectly new condition since most of them are hand down or second hand, expect signs of wear and usage that might not be acknowledge and also the shipment from Korea to PH may cause dents and damages.

Please be informed that the outbox and plastic is for the item's protection; thus, damaged outboxes or plastics will not be eligible for a refund or any claims.

The shop is not responsible for any manufacturing defects or wrong sizes.

I won't be held responsible for lost and damage of products caused by the courier and that includes shipping from Korea to Philippines and all local shipments. In any case you want to apply for claims, you will be the one to contact the courier and we will provide all the necessary details needed/asked that we can.

I can only refund or exchange wrong products or lack of items if you inform me within 24 hours after receiving the item (no claims will be entertained beyond this time frame) and has an unboxing video as proof. Video must be clear and must not be cut, pause or edited from start to end, the shop has the right to reject videos if found edited.

In any case of refunds, only the item price will be refunded, local shipping and other fees are not covered.

Any apply for claims or refunds that is covered by terms and conditions will not be entertained.

I only ship around Philippines, international shipment is not possible.

Reply the proof of payment to the email confirmation, do not send it to the DM, do not send it as a new email, do not change the Subject because it will be hard to track and will not be acknowledged.

There is a late payment fee either on downpayment and balance. Please take note of that.

In any case item arrived before the DOP you can pay until the DOP but will only ship it once fully paid.

Courier shipping is every Tuesdays and Saturdays only.

Shipping fee will be paid once your item arrives in our PH address.

We will send an email if your item arrives in PH, the shipping process will only start when you confirm and pay the local shipping fee.

Boxes shipment are computed by weight and volume whichever is higher.

Same day deliveries are suggested for NCR and near area buyers with bulky items.

Sometimes I arrange Lalamove with multiple drop offs for more affordable shipping fee.

Prices listed here are estimated and may change higher or lower without prior notice. Please note that the packing, variation, and all other fees are included in this estimation, hence the price.

Chosen courier might be changed if ever your area is not serviceable.

Shop won't be held liable for any RTS items caused by courier or buyer, buyer needs to pay again for the shipping fee.

Own booking & SF COD is possible with SDD shipments.
